The GTO series offers all the features of a large press in a small format with reduced make-ready and lower operating expense. Typical print jobs include: business identity materials, envelopes, marketing collateral, brochures, flyers, labels, etc. |

The programmable Polar Cutter with touch screens is used to cure a variety of paper and substrates fast and safely: paper, cardstock, paperboard, plastic foil. It is easy to handle, rapidly re-equipped, and highly efficient even when working with large quantities. Additional features include reduced setup times, fast and easy knife changes, OptiKnife assisted by operator guidance, and automatic stop ad dead center. |

Fulfillment and distribution services include regularly scheduled daily worldwide FedEx Ground and Air shipments, in addition to local Metroplex deliveries. |
 | Stahl ST-90 Saddle Binder
We offer complete bindery, finishing, mailing, and fulfillment services on-site as demonstrated by the saddle-binding we perform on our Stahl ST-90. We stitch booklets, Annual Reports, POPs, calendars and other materials; and offer other binding options including perfect binding, wire-o binding, and plasticoil binding. Additional finishing capabilities include die-cutting, foil stamping, and embossing. |
 | Stahl Folder
Complete in-house binding and finishing capabilities include a Stahl folder with continuous feeder, providing high performance with nonstop loading. This machine is well suited for difficult-to-feed products, and is ideal for medium to long runs. A wide range of folds can be accommodated, in addition to the right-angle attachment. Other in-line finishing services include slitting, perfing, and scoring. Fewer setups result in reduced make-ready and faster turnaround. |
 | Kitting and Fulfillment
From small, short-term projects to the outsourcing of sophisticated fulfillment tasks, we can handle virtually any fulfillment need—including kitting, inventory management, shipping, tracking, returns, and reporting. Routine fulfillment projects include the assembly and kitting of displays (such as Point-of-Purchase, retail signage, and other marketing materials) for drop shipment worldwide. |

Flexible and practical small-format presses meet all the requirements of today's marketplace, including reduced make-ready, a broad spectrum of printing stocks, and faster turnaround.  | Customer Viewing Room
Customers who wish to approve color at press are offered comfortable facilities (with Wi-Fi) and optimal viewing conditions, including 5000 Kelvin light fixtures. (5000 Kelvin is the ideal color temperature for the optimal color quality of light under the broadest possible conditions.) The same viewing booths are located throughout the plant in the office, customer viewing areas, and at press-so that everyone is looking at the same color. |
 | Hi-Resolution Digital Proofer
Hi-Resolution digital proofs are calibrated to the individual footprint of our printing presses using advanced spectrophotometric sensors and software. Digital proofs provided in advance of press offer an accurate prediction of the color that can be anticipated on-press. |
 | Temperature Control
Our press room is a clean-room environment with strict temperature and humidity controls for consistent registration and color. The large press room features positive air pressure, an independent air-filtration system and ozone regulators that remove dust and contaminants to provide the ideal environment for offset-printing. |
 | Image Press
Our digital press is color-calibrated to our larger Heidelberg offset presses. That means color output is consistent—whether you print digital or offset. Our ImagePress uses the latest oil-free fusing technology: That means we can UV coat, laminate and imprint on our digital printing. You cannot do that on other digital presses—including the Xerox iGen and HP Indigo. |
 | Chemistry-Free Plate Rinser
Our commitment to green printing continues with the Azura chemistry-free plate by Agfa. Azura plates are etched with a laser and then run through a water-bath rinser before being mounted on press. No developer or other chemistry is required. |
