BusinessPrinting.com specializes in high-quality, custom print products, not basic template designs.
Configure your product and our dynamic template generator gives you a blank template with the correct size, bleed, and trim. To try other specifications, simply change your options and generate a new template. The changes will be reflected in the new template.
Download the file, import it to a design program, and start creating. For existing designs, just copy it to the template and adjust as needed.
With Perfect ProofTM, you have total control of your project. No more guesswork. No more anxiety. No more limitations. All specifications - paper, folding, finishes and more - are included, so you know exactly what to expect when you receive your finished product.
Here is a typical turnaround scenario for requesting Perfect ProofTM
Your file set up will depend on if your business cards print on one side or two sides.
If your business cards are for Front Only Printing, we will need a 1-page PDF of the artwork, or a single JPG.
If you are printing business cards Front & Back, we will need a 2-page PDF, one page for the front and one page for the back, or you can send us two single-page PDFs - one for the front and one for the back. Likewise, you can upload two JPG files.
If your business cards have advanced options like rounded corners or hole drilling, you’ll be able to check the placement and design on both your template and your digital proof. If you have a custom quote for specialty options like foil, embossing, metallic ink or spot UV on your custom business cards, please give out customer support team for help with indicating the locations of those custom options within your design.
If you are unsure of how to upload your artwork so it prints correctly, please call our customer support team – we’re happy to help!
14pt and 18pt are standard paper choices for business cards. They’re durable, and play well with different finish options.
Uncoated or C1S papers are great for writing on business cards, appointment cards and customer loyalty cards. C2S paper would be difficult to write on and would be streaky or uneven.
Thicker cover papers like 22pt and 24pt are great for sturdier, more durable business cards that can withstand movement between hands, wallets and business card slits in pocket folders.
Not sure which paper is best for your business card? Give us a call– we’re happy to discuss your cards!
